1.      Personnel information is diffused throughout the collection. It cannot be fully discovered by the processing archivists, much less removed or redacted. Given the nature of the collection's content, should the SHC digitize the SEJ Records?

2.      If digitization is not ruled out altogether, should this collection drop back in the queue for a "cooling off" period, and what constitutes a responsible lapse of time?
